■ This monitor is a triplex Roman pot monitor. A fiber monitor is located inside the Roman pot. An electron beam is monitored at three locations with the fiber monitor, which is moved in and out against the center of the beam.
■ X.Y-axis profile monitor

■ This is a fiber beam monitor whose end point is aluminous fiber that can radiate an electron beam. The light can be extracted by a light transmitting fiber.This monitor is used as a set of X-axis monitor and Y-axis monitors. Thus the beam position and intensity can be monitored. The monitor can be used for monitor calibration by bending the end point of the fiber by 90°.
After calibration, the end point can be stored. This monitor is made of aluminum alloy and is completely non-magnetic.
