■ This is a fiber beam monitor whose end point is aluminous fiber that can radiate an electron beam. The light can be extracted by a light transmitting fiber.This monitor is used as a set of X-axis monitor and Y-axis monitors. Thus the beam position and intensity can be monitored. The monitor can be used for monitor calibration by bending the end point of the fiber by 90°.
After calibration, the end point can be stored. This monitor is made of aluminum alloy and is completely non-magnetic. |
